Who do I call if I have a medical question?

How do I cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the Oncology Clinic at: 514-934-4400.

How do I register for a Complementary Therapy?

To register for any Complementary Therapy, please email Malcolm Baird, Program Coordinator, at malcolm.baird@muhc.mcgill.ca. To view the list before registering, please click here.

How do I register for a Family Doctor?

To register for a Family Doctor, please come to the Resource Center where one of our staff or volunteers will assist you with the application process.

How do I get referred to a nutritionist?

Ask your doctor or nurse to refer you for a consultation with one of our oncology nutritionists.

Where can I find Information on accommodations?

The MUHC maintains a list of nearby accommodations online. You are also welcome to visit the Cedars CanSupport Resource Center, and we will provide a printed copy for you.

Is adaptive transport available for patients?

Yes. Cedars CanSupport can provide documents to help you register for Adaptive Transport through Transport Quebec. Visit the Resource Center at DRC 1329 for assistance.

What parking services are available for patients?

Cedars CanSupport provides a Parking Vignette for patients with mobility issues and can assist with MUHC Reduced Parking forms. For more information, visit the Resource Center at DRC 1329.

How can I get professional psychological support?

Your doctor can arrange professional psychological support through a referral. Once referred, the appropriate team member will guide you through the next steps to connect with a psychologist.

How do you get referred to Social Services?

If you want to get in touch with a Social Worker you can do so by calling Social Services at: 514-934-1934 extension 31569.

How do I access financial aid?

Access to financial aid requires a referral and assessment by a social worker. Your doctor can provide the referral, and a social worker will then follow up with you to determine eligibility and next steps.
