Yes. Cedars CanSupport can provide documents to help you register for Adaptive Transport through Transport Quebec. Visit the Resource Center at DRC 1329 for assistance.
Cedars CanSupport provides a Parking Vignette for patients with mobility issues and can assist with MUHC Reduced Parking forms. For more information, visit the Resource Center at DRC 1329.
Your doctor can arrange professional psychological support through a referral. Once referred, the appropriate team member will guide you through the next steps to connect with a psychologist.

Access to financial aid requires a referral and assessment by a social worker. Your doctor can provide the referral, and a social worker will then follow up with you to determine eligibility and next steps.
