Financial pressures can arise during cancer care, from work leave to increased daily expenses. Cedars CanSupport offers a humanitarian fund to help eligible cancer patients in need who are receiving treatment at the Cedars Cancer Centre of the MUHC.

Your doctor can arrange professional psychological support through a referral. Once referred, the appropriate team member will guide you through the next steps to connect with a psychologist.
Access to financial aid requires a referral and assessment by a social worker. Your doctor can provide the referral, and a social worker will then follow up with you to determine eligibility and next steps.
